Sunday Citar: Looking Forward to Winter?

I'm joining in on Sunday Citar because, as a bookworm, it's only natural that I love quotes.

I agree, there's nothing nicer. One of my after school kids started back last week after being off all summer and the first thing she asked was if we were going to make a fire in the wood stove...not quite yet...but the time is coming...

This Charles Dudley Warner fellow sounds like the kind of guy who didn't have to fell his own trees, limb them, buck them (swearing and fighting with chainsaw at same time), drag them home, split, stack, haul yet again . . . Noooo, I am NOT looking forward to winter!
